Welcome to Monsoon Basketball, a junior basketball program in the state of Arizona.  Based in the Northeast Valley, the Monsoon is limited to a select group of 1st-4th graders that will compete at the State, Regional, and eventually, National level.

Tryouts have been completed for the 2007-2008 Season.  If you have interest in playing for the Monsoon please contact us.

The 2007-2008 season will consist of 3 sessions - Fall (September-November), Winter (January-March), and Spring (March-June).  It is the Monsoon philosophy that young athletes should participate in multiple activities.  Therefore, players are NOT REQUIRED to play the entire year.  Additionally, the Monsoon will practice just twice per week, Sunday (12:30-2:00PM) at Mountainside Fitness and one weeknight (time/site TBD).  We hope this will allow for additional activity participation.  For more information please download our (Q&A Form).

Monsoon Basketball is a non-profit  entity that allows for event and general sponsorship opportunities (Sponsorship Form).  We invite you to join our sponsorship group and follow these special athletes.  Someday it will make for a great story.
