If you wish an order to be released to you without signature, please indicate "No Signature Required" in the special instructions, but please note that jaunty jill's will not take responsibility for the delivery of "No Signature Required" orders.

Returns:
We will except returns or exchanges for new (not worn!) sandals within 14 days of purchase indicated on receipt in shipment. Without exception, merchandise must be returned in the original packaging. All exchanges are fulfilled once we are in receipt of the unworn merchandise and packaging. All returns must be insured for full value and sent UPS, Federal Express, Express Mail or Priority Mail.
